Bishop Denies Holocaust

The Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) is an international Traditionalist Catholic organisation, founded in 1970 by the French Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. Richard Williamson and three other men who were excommunicated in 1988 after being ordained without Vatican permission. The three had been appointed by breakaway French archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.

The Stockholm based TV journalist Ali Fegan was present to capture the event for Swedish Television. After the consecration, Fegan interviewed Monsignore Williamson and others in the palaces chapel. The interview was sent on January the 21 in Swedish television.

"Anti-Semitism can only be bad if it is against the truth. But if something is true, it cant be bad. I am not interested in the word anti-Semitism."

3 days after the interview Pope Benedict XVI, formerly a German cardinal known as Josef Alois Ratzinger, un-excommunicated the four bishops of Society of St. Pius X.
